How to store media files and pictures in the phone camera roll?

Open the chat containing the media file or picture you want to save.
Tap on the media file or picture to view it.
Tap the "Download" button at the bottom right corner of the media file or picture.
Alternatively, tap the three dots (or lines) in the bottom right corner of the media file or picture, then select "Download".
